As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Amazon Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising efforts on the Amazon platform.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Amazon Advertising Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Amazon ad campaigns, specifically in essential and carrier oils or related wellness products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Amazon advertising budgets exceeding $1 million (approx. $10 lakh) and driving substantial growth in sales. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing our presence on Amazon to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement Amazon advertising strategies to improve product visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Campaign Management: Manage a range of Amazon ad types including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, Video Ads, and Amazon Sponsored Products. Ensure continuous optimization of ad performance.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and optimize ad budgets with a proven track record of managing ad spends exceeding $1 million. Ensure campaigns are cost-effective and deliver the desired results.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize listings, and refine campaigns based on data insights to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics daily, making data-driven decisions and adjustments to improve performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment between advertising strategies and overall business goals.
  • Stay Current on Trends: Keep up-to-date with Amazon’s algorithm changes, advertising trends, and competitors’ strategies to proactively adjust campaigns as needed.
  • Tools & Platforms Expertise: Utilize Amazon’s advertising tools such as the Advertising Console, Amazon Brand Analytics, and third-party tools like Helium 10, Sellics, AdBadger, and more, to enhance campaign performance.




Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Amazon advertising with a focus on essential and carrier oils or related wellness products.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s ad formats, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads. Proficiency in tools such as Amazon Retail Analytics, Keyword Research, Helium 10, Google Analytics, Merchant Words, Sellics, AdBadger, etc.
  • Campaign Management: Hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising Console, including keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Amazon Advertising certification or relevant certifications are a plus.

Necessary Requirements:

  • Experience in managing total ad spend exceeding $10 lakh.
  • Proven track record of success in driving significant sales growth through Amazon advertising in the wellness product sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing Amazon ad campaigns with an ad spend exceeding $1 million and achieving measurable growth in sales
