Job Summary: Satya Skin & Hair Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest). The role involves content creation, paid advertising, and analytics to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation for our skin and hair care services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies aligned with brand objectives across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging visuals, posts, and promotions.
  • Ads & Campaigns: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer interactions, fostering a strong online presence.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Build partnerships with influencers to boost engagement and brand reach.
  • Reputation Management: Ensure positive brand sentiment across platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in social media management, content creation, and paid ads.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools like Hoot suite, and excellent content creation abilities. .
