Your Role: As a Python Developer at BirchAI, you will:

  • Lead and define technical and design requirements.
  • Develop and deploy Machine Learning models at scale.
  • Build scalable, functional, and sustainable web applications from scratch.
  • Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Stay current on new technologies and best practices.

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience, ideally in a startup or end-to-end development.
  • Strong Python skills with frameworks like Django, Flask, Falcon, FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/AZURE/GCP).
  • Knowledge of DevOps, containerization, CI/CD.
  • Experience with gRPC, SIP REC, and WebRTC (a plus).
  • Database design and performance optimization experience.
  • Experience with distributed systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis).
  • Knowledge of ML/deep learning models.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
