About the company:Elecbits is India’s leading full stack, vertically integrated Electronics engineering and manufacturing company, enabling customers like Panasonic, Yamaha, Maruti Suzuki, OLA, Valeo and more than 200 others to go from idea to mass production in a simpler, faster and scalable manner.We are on a mission to build the digital and physical infrastructure for every electronics enterprise on planet.Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment Coordination:Coordinate recruitment processes across various departments for junior-level roles,ensuring timely hiring and smooth workflow management.Talent Sourcing:Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and throughinternal employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.Resume Screening & Interview Scheduling:Evaluate resumes to shortlist relevant candidates and coordinate interview schedules,ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications, team requirements,and candidate expectations for effective hiring decisions.Recruitment Data Management:Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers while generating accurate and timelyhiring status reports for internal use.Candidate Documentation & Onboarding:Manage essential candidate records, collect interview feedback, and ensure propercompletion of onboarding checklists for new joiners.HR Reporting & Dashboard Support:Support the HR function in generating MIS reports, maintaining recruitment databases,and updating dashboards for data-driven insights.Process Improvement Assistance:Assist in refining and enhancing recruitment and onboarding procedures for better efficiency and candidate engagementQualifications:Education & Experience:Must Haves:1–3 years of experience in HR, primarily in Talent Acquisition and HR coordination.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and digital hiring tools.Preferred Skills-:MBA in Human Resources from a recognized institute is mandatory.Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and HRMS platforms.Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused approach.Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.Proactive, team-oriented, and detail-focused approach.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively across levels.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesWhat makes Elecbits a great place to work:We believe electronics is more than a field—it's the foundation of the future.
