Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Engineer Executive with a background in Mechanical Engineering to support our assurance services. This role involves coordinating quality assurance activities, managing compliance tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of operational processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing quality assurance and compliance audits.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports, audit records, and compliance documentation for client and internal use.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Inspection Support: Coordinate technical inspections, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure operational activities comply with applicable standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, suggesting actionable improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with auditors, inspectors, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment in project delivery.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party service providers and vendors to support assurance operations.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, especially in the context of quality and assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience).
  • Internship or prior experience in quality assurance, auditing, or inspection services is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of inspection tools and methodologies is advantageous.
