Requirements & Responsibilities:


  • 4-5 years of experience with reputed design firms with exposure on projects under hospitality, commercial, institutional, workspace, and residential genres.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of design principles, spatial aesthetics, colour, and materials.
  • Exhibit energy, a proactive learning attitude, and drive to achieve high performance.
  • Contribute to the firm’s media initiatives, including, social media content, branding efforts, competition entries, and regular in-house learning events.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve project or site-related issues as they arise.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software.
  • Stay updated on global trends, innovations, and advancements in the architecture and design industry.


Scope of Work:


  • Involvement in concept design, competitions, design pitches, concept entries, and support in design development stages.
  • Tasks include:
  • Preparing presentations
  • Conducting statutory calculations
  • Space planning and spatial aesthetics
  • Developing elevations, facades, and interior design concepts
  • Making building-related service and specification decisions
  • Manage 2-3 projects under the supervision of the project lead with minimal oversight.
  • Engage with clients during project phases, addressing queries and providing regular updates.
  • Be well-versed in local and international design standards and safety regulations, incorporating them into designs and documentation.
  • Perform coordination with services, consultants, and vendors with minimal supervision.
  • Share experiences and insights to encourage continuous learning and skill development within the team.
  • Deliver work of high quality and efficiency, ensuring alignment with role expectations and standards.
