We are seeking an energetic and driven Inside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and drive growth in our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals over the phone, email, and other digital communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities such as LinkedIn and social media. Qualify leads based on prospect needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients to introduce Onextel's products and services, understand their communication needs, and pitch relevant solutions. Work to set appointments or secure commitments to move forward in the sales process.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM with detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and sales progress. Effectively prioritize prospects and ensure timely follow-up to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Onextel’s suite of communication solutions, including SMS, email, and omnichannel marketing tools, in order to effectively present and demonstrate their value to prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement & Nurturing: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to ensure continued engagement and interest. Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process to increase the likelihood of closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions for prospects from the sales process to implementation. Share feedback and insights from prospects to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Provide regular reports on sales activity, opportunities, and outcomes to sales leadership, including tracking of KPIs and key metrics.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings. Share valuable market insights with the team to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B sales, SaaS, or telecom/technology solutions. Experience with selling digital communication platforms (SMS, email, APIs, omnichannel solutions) is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with decision-makers. Strong cold-calling, email outreach, and presentation skills.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong drive and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor the sales approach to effectively address pain points and offer relevant solutions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, manage the pipeline, and report sales activities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, though not required.
