We help clients create impactful stories through visually engaging content and consistent social presence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Social Media Manager who is skilled in content creation, planning, and managing social platforms. The role involves developing strategies, creating engaging content, and contributing to the brand’s growth across digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.Develop and execute monthly content plans and posting schedules.Ideate, create, and appear in short-form video content when required.Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and partners for campaigns.Set up and optimize social media advertising campaigns.Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content effectiveness.Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and new features.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 6 months of experience in social media management.Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, engagement strategies, and paid promotions.Creativity in content planning, scripting, and storytelling.Good on-camera presence for reels and video content.Strong communication and coordination skills.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or any scheduling tool is a plus.What We Offer1-month probation with hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.A supportive and collaborative workspace that encourages creativity.Flexibility to experiment with new ideas, formats, and content approaches.How to ApplySubmit your application through the link below:Application Form: https://forms.gle/5gkU4iQ8mpfFBNAM6
