We are seeking a skilled Laravel and Vue.js Developer with a strong background in multi-tenancy architectures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building robust, scalable web applications that leverage Laravel for backend services and Vue.js (with Vuetify and PWA capabilities) for dynamic frontend experiences. This role requires a keen understanding of both frameworks and the ability to implement multi-tenancy solutions effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Laravel applications with multi-tenancy support.
  • Implement and optimize database schemas to support tenant-specific data while ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Build RESTful APIs to interact seamlessly with frontend applications.
  • Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.

Frontend Development:

  • Create and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js 3 and Vuetify.
  • Implement Vue.js composite API for efficient state management and reactivity.
  • Develop Progressive Web Applications (PWA) that provide a native app-like experience on the web.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional applications.

Multi-Tenancy Implementation:

  • Design and implement multi-tenancy strategies (e.g., database-per-tenant, shared database with tenant ID).
  • Ensure that all data access is tenant-aware to maintain data separation and security.
  • Optimize application performance in a multi-tenant environment.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Document development processes, API specifications, and architectural decisions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Laravel and Vue.js development.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing code and architecture.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve issues effectively.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in web development with a focus on Laravel and Vue.js.
  • Proven experience in building multi-tenant applications using Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in PHP, Laravel (8.x or later), Vue.js (3.x), Vuetify, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with PWA development and understanding of service workers, caching strategies, and offline capabilities.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks (Eloquent).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and deployment strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
