Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Concur Travel & Expense Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Concur's Travel and Expense Management system, demonstrating proficiency in managing end-to-end travel and expense processes. The Concur T&E Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of travel requests, expense reports, and compliance with company policies.


Core Responsibilities:


Expense Report Processing:

  • Review and process employee expense reports within established timelines.
  • Verify expenses for compliance with company policies and escalate discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.


Training and Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Concur-related inquiries and issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on the use of the Concur system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Provide guidance to employees on travel-related policies and procedures.


Policy Compliance:

  • Monitor and enforce adherence to company travel and expense policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address policy violations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update and improve policies as needed.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on travel and expense metrics for management review.
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to support decision-making.


Position Requirements:


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Concur Travel & Expense Specialist or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Concur Travel & Expense Management system.
  • Strong understanding of travel industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


Skills:

  • Concur certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in training employees on Concur system usage.
  • Familiarity with international travel regulations and requirements.
  • Work experience in SAP environment is must.
