About the role:


This role spans Operations, Marketing, and Growth. You'll be provided with hands-on training with all the new technologies and tools to set you up for success in this role.


  1. Build efficient workflows in Clay (www.clay.com)
  2. Set up Technical Infrastructure for outreach campaigns
  3. Manage Inbox
  4. Build no-code Tools and set up automation connecting various platforms.


Key Requirements:


This role requires 1-3 years of prior work experience in an Operations, Growth, or Marketing related role. Other qualifications/ skills we would love to have in an ideal candidate include:


1. Exposure to working with platforms like Notion, Zapier, Google Sheets, Make, or similar tools

2. Have a strong hold on data and analysis eg. using SQL or Formulas in Google Sheets

3. Technical jargon(s) don't scare you

4. You are creative and analytical with strong English communication skills

5. You are detail-oriented yet can see the big picture, too

6. You are naturally curious and enjoy problem-solving

7. You love learning and iterating. You thrive with constructive feedback.



Salary: INR 6 LPA - 8.5 LPA
