CAN Automotion is an Indian company specializing in industrial and mobile automation. Established in 2009, our competences include system design, application engineering, product selection, and optimization for distributed control systems in heavy mobile and industrial machines. We offer total systems approach with joysticks, HMI, and programmable controllers for direct driving hydraulic valves. Our expertise also extends to telemetry, tele-service, data logging, and reporting using field bus techniques.

We grow through customer applications and in the Southern region, we have been working with some Drilling machine OEMs to provide complete CAN Bus based control systems for Jack and Jackless drills for Rotary, DTH and other drills both crawler and tyre mounted. This also has been extended with full function drilling monitoring with cloud based remote access.


Role Description

Applicants Note: This is an engineering role and requires substantial application of core engineering skills in Mechanical/Electrical /Mechatronics Engineering. This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Engineer at CAN Automotion Pvt Ltd located in Coimbatore. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of automation systems. We are looking for 2 x Engineers to train and develop into full fledged Application Support Engineers. Systematic work with attention to detail and documentation is essential in this role. Application expertise will extend to a wide range of mobile machines apart from drills.


Qualifications

  • Application Support and Technical Support skills
  • Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in industrial or mobile automation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Hydraulics, Control Systems and CAN Bus knowledge will be advantageous
