Job Responsibilities:-

Productivity of Lines


Supervise and ensure availability of breakdown free machines

To oversee daily production targets as per previous operation plan

Ensure the team manages production and quality control by following laid down QMS

Drive continual improvement with working on loss matrix and quality gaps

Manage 5M change as per laid down system


Product Quality.


Manage Machine performance & ensure all Poka-yoke functioning

Oversee working with other departments to control input quality to ensure output quality

Adhere to working SOP & WI

Implement continuous improvement on the basis of data analysis, audit feedback and other inputs for quality and rejection analysis


TPM


Oversee cell lines Step shifting

Manage 5S, and strengthen all TPM pillar

Adherence to Step-shifting

Lines wise 5S score


Customer delivery


Adherence to SKU – item code wise production plan

Control batch completion

Repetitive manufacturing adherence in SAP

Line wise Reliability

Cost

Manage and reduce scrap, rework (grinding and HT)

Ensure continuous working on cost reduction projects

Cost saving INR


Safety & compliance management


Ensuring zero accidents by following safety system and norms

Zero accident

Implementation of Digital Roadmap

Ensure adoption of digital manufacturing projects

Supervise improvement projects using Digital Data

Adherence to Schedule


Manpower Management and Development.


Manage skill gaps, training needs and ensure skill development of workforce by training / e-modules/ development projects

Oversee participation of each member of team for training programs

Develop high morale by ensuring resolution of problems and operation of motivational measures

Ensure engagement of manpower through TPM, Idea Generation, QC Project, Improvement project

TNI skills updating and Skill Gap reduction
