B2B Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Business Development Manager to expand our furniture business by identifying new opportunities, securing partnerships, and managing key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and an in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy: Formulate and execute strategies to drive B2B sales growth in alignment with company objectives.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients (retailers, corporates, distributors), deliver portfolio presentations, and close new business deals.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead pricing and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and position the company as an industry leader.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to management.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Bachelors degree with a 5-7 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing sectors. MBA is a plus .
