WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for passionate, self-motivated technical individuals that have the desire and capability to think outside the box to solve complex problems. The Field Sales Engineer acts as the main point of contact regarding technical issues and will work directly with the Software Development team to facilitate resolution. This role will suit an individual who excels in a challenging and dynamic environment, enjoys providing world-class support, and is technically motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting IDCUBE solutions.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing IDCUBE solution training and demos to various partners and customers worldwide.
- Candidate must maintain a good client relationship via quality support and customer interaction.
- Candidate will be required to document manuals, solutions, and case studies.
- The candidate will be able to travel abroad to extend technical support to overseas clients as and when required.
- The candidate will gain hands-on experience while working with multiple technologies, such as RFID, IoT, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, thereby sharpening their skills.
- Once well-versed with IDCUBE solutions, candidates may have the chance to take up responsibilities in Presales, Sales, Project Management, or Product Management.
Additional Qualifications:
We are particularly interested in candidates with techno-commercial profiles who have experience in the Access Control, Biometrics, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) industries. Candidates with a background in these areas will be well-suited to contribute to and grow within our dynamic team, leveraging their expertise to drive our solutions forward in these specialized fields.
