The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple administrative, facility, and vendor-related tasks while ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day office operations and ensure seamless functioning of all workplace activities.Act as the first point of contact for employees, vendors, and guests, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.Manage vendor coordination for facilities, housekeeping, transportation, and cafeteria/snack services.Handle travel management, courier logistics, supply ordering, and overall office upkeep.Coordinate with IT and HR for workstation setup, onboarding, and administrative support.Plan and execute internal events, employee engagement activities, and SWAG distribution.Ensure adherence to facility safety, maintenance, and compliance standards.Support global workplace projects and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.RequirementsProven experience in office administration, facilities, or workplace management within a corporate or tech environment.Strong skills in vendor management, multitasking, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Concur, and JIRA (preferred).A self-driven individual with a positive, can-do attitude and ability to work across global teams.
