Job Description
1 Job Role (Brief description of the overall purpose of this role):
The Claim Admin associate -II is responsible for end to end Release review process and contributes to process improvement. He/she would be in charge of maintaining training materials and the knowledge base to support team. He/she will coordinate with the different stake holders for the process change and transition.
2 Responsibilities / KRAs ( list down primary responsibilities for this role)
A Ability to work without Supervision
B Ability to deliver assigned work with 100% accuracy
C Co-ordinate well with the team members and other stakeholders (internal or external)
D Adhering to company policies/ARCHER principles and hence taking good care of Archer culture
E Assist with other administrative special adhoc projects as needed with 100% productivity; Document review, emailing documents for further review or cliental review
F Resolving the queries of team and co-ordination with US Team on Email and Calls
G Quick learner and keep an eye on process update. Responsible to keep all the team members intact on the process knowledge.

3 Role Holder - Skills Criteria
3.1 Technical skills required
: Advance knowledge of MS office applications like MS Excel, MS word and MS powerpoint
: Advance knowledge of data analysis and interpretation
: Basic SQL & PowerShell Knowledge will be added advantage

: Exceptional Observation Skill
3.2 Experience - Mention number of years of relevant experience absolutely required for this role
2 to 3 Years of experience into US/ EU based BPO / KPO & Data Entry/Processing.
3.3 a Training - Describe various technical training which are critical to perform this role effectively, e.g.: Excel, Project Management etc.
Advance Excel, Data analysis, Project Management, Basic SQL, Power Point, Power Shell
3.3 b Training - Describe the various soft skills training required to perform this role effectively, eg: Communication Skills etc.
Communication, Teamwork, Time management, Leadership, Presentation skills
3.4 Education and Qualifications - Mention minimum education qualification required
Minimum Education should be a Graduate (Preferrable commerce or business)
