Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Team Revenue Targets: Lead your team to consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of Admission Advisors. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive conversions and maximize revenue generation.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support & Guidance: Provide your team with the necessary resources, tools, and support to excel in their roles.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with higher management, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.


Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership: 3+ years of experience in sales team management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Target-Driven: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Aggressive Approach: Possess a proactive and results-oriented mindset with a hunger to succeed.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative: Ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and take initiative to drive improvements.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • EdTech/Study Abroad Experience: Prior experience in the study abroad or edtech industry is a significant advantage.
