Job Description:

NSK Travel Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Visa Executive to join our dynamic team in Aundh, Pune. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in handling visa applications for various international destinations, including Schengen, USA, Australia, Dubai, and the United Kingdom. This role involves managing the end-to-end visa application process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with visa requirements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visa Application Processing:
  • Handle visa applications for Schengen, USA, Australia, Dubai, and the United Kingdom.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete and submit visa application forms on behalf of clients.
  • Track and follow up on the status of visa applications and communicate updates to clients.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.
  • Answer client queries via phone, email, or in person with professional and accurate information.
  • Assist clients in preparing supporting documents and ensure they meet the visa requirements.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with the latest visa regulations and updates for each destination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to facilitate the visa application process.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and maintain visa application files and related documentation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely processing.
  • Generate and maintain reports on visa application statuses and client feedback.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide high-quality service and support to clients throughout the visa application process.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the visa application process.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visa Executive or in a similar role handling international visa applications.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of visa procedures and requirements for Schengen, USA, Australia, Dubai, and the United Kingdom.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using visa application software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Other:
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with travel and immigration regulations and trends is advantageous.
