About the CompanyFinsmart Accounting is a leading offshore accounting firm supporting 300+ clients globally — including CPA firms, accounting practices, and international corporates across the USA, UK, EU, and India. Our specialized “Accounting Seat” model helps businesses solve talent and capacity challenges with dedicated offshore teams.About the RoleWith a team of 150+ and growing, we are looking for energetic and confident Sales Development Representatives to help us connect with prospective clients in the USA.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market, based on target lists provided.Introduce Finsmart’s offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls/appointments with decision-makers.Maintain call logs, update CRM (HubSpot), and ensure lead status is accurately captured.Follow up with warm leads through emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn where required.Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily/weekly reports of progress.Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or LinkedIn adsQualifications1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation – preferably in international markets (USA/B2B domain).Required SkillsExcellent spoken English with neutral/US accent and confident communication skills.Comfortable working in night shift aligned to US time zones.Familiarity with using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Google Sheets, and email tools.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in outsourcing, staffing, accounting, or B2B services is a plus.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive fixed salary based on experience.Incentives on qualified meetings scheduled + bonuses on conversion.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity
