The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends. They will ensure brand consistency across all platforms, manage budgets, and analyse performance metrics to optimize brand performance. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with leadership to ensure alignment with organisational goals.QualificationsExperience in the Electronics Appliances/FMCG/FMCD/consumer goods sector or a related field is highly desirableStrong expertise in Brand Management, Strategic Planning, and Campaign Development(from ideation to execution and implementation)Should have a hero product to talk about- seen a journey from scratchExperience in Market Analysis, Consumer Research, and Trend MonitoringProficiency in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Content StrategyLeadership skills, including Team Management and Cross-functional CollaborationAnalytical skills for tracking metrics, measuring results, and optimising strategiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
