We are a leading Industrial Product Distribution Company based in Bengaluru, that caters to the leading corporates and SMEs in South India. We are channel partners for leading global product lines in the field of Air Compressors, Gas Generators, and Industrial range of UPS above 100 KVA with more than 50+ clients from the Fortune 500 list.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at PSI GLOBAL in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, Territory mapping, developing strategic sales plans, and meeting sales goals. They will also collaborate with the marketing team from the principal company and other teams to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in technical field
  • Understanding of market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


Experience

  • 3 - 5 years Experience in Sales (Industrial) , others please excuse
  • Air compressors | Generators | Air Dryers | Electric Motors | UPS | Stabilizers | CNC machines are the preferred field of experience if not any capital equipment
  • Working experience in a distribution firm is an added advantage
