Job Title: Robotics AI Engineer

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Robotics AI Engineer with expertise in ROS (Robot Operating System) and machine learning to join our innovative robotics team. In this role, you’ll develop intelligent robotic solutions by integrating machine learning models with advanced robotic systems, focusing on perception, navigation, and decision-making capabilities. This position requires a blend of robotics software engineering, AI development, and system integration skills to create smarter, adaptable robotic systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robotics software solutions using ROS for robotic applications
  • Integrate machine learning models for perception, decision-making, and control tasks in robotics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine robotic systems that leverage AI for improved performance and adaptability
  • Build and optimize algorithms for sensor fusion, object detection, motion planning, and autonomous navigation
  • Conduct system testing and debugging to ensure reliability and safety of AI-driven robotic systems
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics and AI and apply them to ongoing projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in robotics software development, with hands-on expertise in ROS
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience in training and deploying models for robotics applications
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++ for real-time applications
  • Familiarity with computer vision, sensor fusion, and reinforcement learning is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup, with regular on-site presence in Bengaluru
