Role Overview:

Smart Educational Academy is seeking skilled and passionate OET (Occupational English Test) and CBT (Computer-Based Test) Tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will guide students in achieving their academic and professional goals in healthcare-related fields by delivering effective and engaging test preparation sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Delivery:

• Design and deliver comprehensive lessons tailored to the OET and CBT requirements.
• Provide interactive and engaging sessions that address listening, reading, writing, and speaking components (OET) and healthcare knowledge (CBT).

1. Student Assessment:

• Assess students’ performance through mock tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and customize strategies to address individual needs.

1. Material Development:

• Develop and update teaching materials, including practice tests and exercises, aligned with the latest exam formats.
• Incorporate real-world healthcare scenarios into lessons to enhance learning.

1. Support and Mentorship:

• Offer personalized guidance and motivation to help students build confidence.
• Address student queries and provide strategies to manage test anxiety.

1. Tracking Progress:

• Maintain records of student progress and share regular updates with students and parents (if applicable).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in teaching OET and CBT or related test preparation.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare terminologies and practices.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Familiarity with exam formats, scoring criteria, and preparation techniques.
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in OET or CBT training (if applicable).
• Background in nursing, healthcare, or education.
