Internship Description

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Customer Service & Social Media Intern. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, problem resolution, and social media management while contributing to a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring a prompt and professional response.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms by responding to customer feedback, inquiries, and reviews to build a positive brand image.
  • Support the creation and implementation of social media engagement strategies to foster customer loyalty and attract new audiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service delivery.
  • Learn and utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer satisfaction metrics and social media performance.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian language (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is mandatory.
  • Passion for customer service and social media engagement.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
