Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6-8 years of experience in both backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend (React, React Router, Next.js) development. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in developing scalable applications using Java, REST APIs, JPA, and microservices on the backend, along with hands-on experience in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React, React Router, and Next.js on the frontend. Knowledge of design patterns, best practices, schedulers, MySQL stored procedures, and experience with tools like Splunk and GIT are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

· Backend Development:

o Design and develop scalable, secure Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.

o Implement schedulers and asynchronous processes.

o Use JPA for database interactions and optimize MySQL stored procedures.

o Develop and maintain microservices with a focus on scalability and high performance.

· Frontend Development:

o Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React, React Router, and Next.js.

o Work with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.

o Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

o Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize application performance.

· Architecture & Design:

o Design and implement scalable microservices architectures on the backend.

o Apply modern software design patterns and best practices in both backend and frontend development.

o Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, focusing on performance and reliability.

· Database Management:

o Write and optimize complex MySQL queries and stored procedures.

o Ensure efficient data handling and database performance optimization.

· Monitoring and Logging:

o Use Splunk for log monitoring, analysis, and performance tracking.

o Implement logging and monitoring mechanisms to ensure efficient troubleshooting and issue detection.

· Version Control & Collaboration:

o Use GIT for source control and collaboration, ensuring proper branching and merging practices.

o Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

· Continuous Improvement:

o Implement and advocate for best coding practices, including code optimization and refactoring.

o Work closely with DevOps teams for smooth CI/CD processes.

o Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, suggesting improvements where applicable.

· Problem Solving:

o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both frontend and backend systems.

o Perform root-cause analysis for performance bottlenecks or bugs and recommend long-term solutions.

Required Skills:

· Backend Technologies:

o Proficiency in Java (Java 8+), Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.

o Hands-on experience with JPA for data persistence.

o Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and best practices.

· Frontend Technologies:

o Expertise in React and React Router for building modern web applications.

o Proficiency in Next.js for server-side rendering and building performant web applications.

o Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and client-side performance optimization.

· Database Management:

o In-depth knowledge of MySQL, including stored procedure development and query optimization.

· Tools and Platforms:

o Proficiency in using Splunk for log management and monitoring.

o Familiarity with GIT for version control.

· Schedulers:

o Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Quartz or Spring Scheduling) for background jobs.

· Best Practices & Design Patterns:

o Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and best coding practices in both frontend and backend development.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.

· Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with DevOps teams.

· Exposure to cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

· Familiarity with additional monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack) is a plus.
