Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the end-to-end development and delivery of high-impact products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle development. Proficiency in tools like Jira, wireframing, and analytical tools is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with company goals and market opportunities.
- Utilize Jira and other product management tools to manage sprints, tasks, and progress effectively.
- Create detailed user flow diagrams and wireframes to communicate product functionality and user experience.
- Monitor the complete product lifecycle development, from ideation to post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Leverage tools like Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar to track product performance and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, business teams, operations, development, design, and QA, to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and release notes.
- Drive and monitor product performance using data-driven insights to meet customer needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or a related role for the position of Product Manager
- Proficiency in Jira, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, or Sketch), and product roadmapping tools (e.g., Aha, ProductPlan).
- Strong understanding of user flow design, product lifecycle, and Agile development processes.
- Experience with analytics tools like Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven product environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
