The Vice President of Human Resources will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the HR strategy to align with Atrangii's vision and business goals. The role requires an innovative mindset to support the rapidly evolving OTT industry, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and fostering a high-performance culture.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.


Partner with senior leadership to provide HR insights, analytics, and solutions to drive business performance


Lead efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent for technical, creative, and operational roles within the OTT space.


I'd like you to design effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.


Implement policies and initiatives to build a high-performance culture.


Create and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale and productivity.


We would like you to please oversee the implementation of a robust performance appraisal system to ensure meritocracy and transparency.


Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.


Develop and maintain HR policies in line with legal and ethical standards.


Lead compensation benchmarking and design competitive rewards and recognition programs.


Ensure effective management of payroll and benefits administration.


 Implement and utilise HR systems to streamline processes and drive data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications and Experience:


Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute.

Experience:

Minimum 10-12 years in HR leadership roles, preferably within the media, entertainment

Proven track record in building and scaling HR operations for a fast-paced organisation.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in HR technologies and analytics tools.

Excellent knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulatory compliance.
