We're seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Remote Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home, 6 days a week. You'll be responsible for supporting the sales management of both our UK and South Africa teams, along with providing marketing-related assistance.


This is not your average furniture job.

We're a tech-driven company with a focus on exceptional customer service, clever marketing, and software development. We're looking for an experienced and driven individual who can support our sales leaders in building high-performing teams and consistently exceed sales goals using data-driven insights and positive coaching.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Management: Assist with lead management, pipeline monitoring, and coaching teams to close deals at maximum margin.
  • Bridge the Gap: Foster seamless collaboration between on-site and remote sales teams, ensuring effective communication and information sharing.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on various initiatives, potentially including content creation, social media engagement, or project assistance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to analyse and refine sales strategies, processes, and tools to optimize performance and team satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Assist in developing and delivering product training programs for sales teams.
  • Leadership Support: Provide administrative and strategic support to the leadership team as needed to drive business growth.


Who You Are:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online tools and software applications.
