Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire exceptional talent for a variety of roles across the marketing and digital space. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to develop strategies to meet the company's hiring needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across marketing, digital marketing, content, design, and other related departments. This includes job posting, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.). Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide hiring managers with shortlists of the most qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and determine ideal candidate profiles. Provide advice and insights throughout the interview process.
- Manage campus recruitment, including developing relationships with universities, participating in campus job fairs, hosting info sessions, and facilitating internships and graduate recruitment programs. Identify and attract top talent from academic institutions to build a pipeline for entry-level and intern roles.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity of hires.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating with HR and department leads to facilitate a seamless transition into the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices. Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting. Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT roles (marketing, digital, or creative sectors) is a must. Experience in recruiting for both creative and analytical roles is a plus.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively and professionally.
- Strong decision-making abilities and a strategic mindset. Ability to think creatively and solve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for marketing and understanding of the unique talent needs within the marketing industry. An ability to assess cultural fit and align candidates with our company’s values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
