Role Summary 

The Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end order fulfillment process across multiple channels, including our own DTC platform, retail partners, Amazon, and other ad hoc orders. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to meet tight deadlines.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Accurately process orders from various channels, including DTC, retail, Amazon, and other partners, ensuring all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate and sufficient to meet order demands. Monitor inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Shipping Coordination: Arrange for the timely shipping of all orders, selecting the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods. Liaise with shipping carriers to track and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Quality Control: Ensure orders meet quality standards, and that all items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Customer Communication: Work closely with the customer service team to address any order-related inquiries or issues. Provide timely updates on order status, delays, or changes.
  • Retail & Amazon Order Management: Handle the specific requirements for retail and Amazon orders, including bulk order processing, labeling, and meeting compliance standards for each platform.
  • Ad Hoc Orders: Manage any special or one-off orders that may arise, ensuring they are processed and shipped with the same level of care as regular orders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the order fulfillment process to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory levels. Generate regular reports for management to track fulfillment performance.


 Who YOU Are
  • Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a DTC environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), retail order systems (e.g SPS Commerce), and Amazon Seller Central.
  • A self-motivated, positive and energized individual with strong communication skills.
  • A flexible thinker who is comfortable taking on feedback and can work with strategic direction
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with the ability to work closely across teams in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, which include both written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Comfortable with working in G Suite, monday.com, and Slack
  • Adaptable, flexible and resilient, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. 

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working for an US or European company in a cross-cultural context is preferred.
  • Microsoft Excel proficient
  • Experienced in order fulfillment, logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a DTC environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), retail order systems, and Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate peak business hours.
