Established in 2004, WALK N RUN, a subsidiary of Gauri Physiotherapy Pvt. Ltd., offers activity-based recovery programs utilising cutting-edge research and technology to enhance mobility in individuals with spinal cord injuries and paralysis. With a focus on Neuro rehabilitation, WALK N RUN is recognised as the largest Neuro rehab centre in India, with branches in Rajasthan and New Delhi. The centre boasts a team of experienced therapists dedicated to providing specialised care and has been acclaimed for its contributions to physiotherapy and Neuro rehabilitation.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at WALK N RUN in New Delhi. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Neuro rehabilitation and child development programs. This includes managing a team of therapists, designing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality care for clients. The Team Lead will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes and support program development and enhancements.


Qualifications

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
  • 3-5+ years experience in Neuro rehabilitation
  • BPT/MPT/BOT/MOT
  • Knowledge of spinal cord injuries and paralysis
  • Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing projects or programs
  • Passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities
