Job Title: Graphic Designer with Social Media Marketing Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer with experience in social media marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content for various social media platforms, enhancing our brand's online presence, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Create Content: Develop and design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and content teams to create cohesive visual strategies that align with overall marketing goals.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content maintains a consistent brand image and identity across all platforms.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, social media technologies, and platform updates to ensure content is fresh and relevant.

Campaign Development: Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring that design elements align with marketing objectives.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.



Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience segmentation techniques to tailor content for different target groups

.Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' social media posts to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement

.LinkedIn Growth Strategy: Develop and report on LinkedIn growth strategies specifically for Employvision

.Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting

.Newsletter/Articles: Design and produce newsletters and articles to engage and inform our audience

.Analytics and Optimization: Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social media content, making adjustments as necessary to improve engagement and reach

.Content Optimization: Optimize graphics and other visual content for both mobile and desktop devices

Qualification

  • s:Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on social media marketin
  • g.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canv
  • a.Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specifications for visual conten
  • t.Excellent communication and collaboration skill
  • s.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
  • s.Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detai
  • l.Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plu
  • s.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related fiel
