Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Python Full Stack Developer with 8-11 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both backend development (Python) and frontend frameworks (Angular or React). This role requires expertise in building scalable, efficient, and secure web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

  • Develop robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs/services.
  • Optimize backend processes for performance and scalability.

Frontend Development:

  • Design and implement dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
  • Build reusable UI components and libraries.
  • Ensure high performance and compatibility across devices and browsers.

Database Management:

  • Design, manage, and optimize relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • Write efficient queries and manage database schemas.

Testing and Debugging:

  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
  • Debug and resolve issues across the full stack.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

DevOps and Deployment:

  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain application infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and systems.
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations during project planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-11 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Strong expertise in frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Proficient in database design and query optimization for SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of WebSocket communication and real-time data handling.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest, Jest, or Mocha.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux (for React) or NgRx (for Angular).
  • Exposure to containerization and microservices architecture.
