Job Title: Billing Engineer – Fire Door InstallationLocation: Delhi / NCRExperience: Minimum 3 to 5 YearsQualification: B.Tech / Diploma in any streamIndustry: Fire Door Manufacturing & InstallationAge Group: 30–40 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeTravel: Bike Mandatory for Site VisitsJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and responsible Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in fire door installation projects. The role involves managing day-to-day project execution, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects within budget.Key Responsibilities:Assist in overall project planning, execution, and monitoring of fire door installation projects.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.Prepare and track project schedules, site progress reports, and installation milestones.Supervise and support site engineers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.Oversee site measurements, BOQ validations, and billing support.Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate where necessary.Ensure proper documentation including work orders, installation checklists, and client sign-offs.Conduct regular site visits and ensure project deadlines are met.Report project status to the Project Manager and senior management.Requirements:B.Tech / Diploma in any stream.Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the fire door or door hardware installation industry.Strong project coordination and team management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and AutoCAD.Sound knowledge of industry standards and safety compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred:Experience handling multiple project sites simultaneously.Local candidate or willing to relocate to Delhi.resume@navairindia.com
