What Do We Do?


At Style Island, performance marketing is central to our growth strategy. As a fast-growing fashion startup, we leverage innovative marketing techniques and data-driven insights to expand our reach, engage audiences, and drive conversions. We’re seeking a dynamic **Performance Marketing Manager** to oversee our marketing efforts and collaborate closely with our agency to ensure impactful, scalable results.


Profile Snapshot:

  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic execution across channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Collaborate with creative and website teams to align visuals and optimize landing pages.
  • Execute advertising strategies using data-driven insights and A/B testing, leveraging tools like GA4 to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Manage 15-20L+ INR monthly budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and implementing tools to enhance performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research, driving SEO, content marketing, and staying ahead with industry trends.


Must-Haves:

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and strategies for audience targeting and retargeting.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of fashion garments and, preferably, experience in a garment retail business.
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads and growth marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns with budgets exceeding 15L INR per month.
  • Strategic approach to introducing new tools and software for campaign management.
  • Strong skills in designing and executing A/B tests.


Good-to-Haves:

  • Experience with landing page optimization.
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies for organic growth.


Location: Full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon.
