Are an experienced Delivery Manager to join our SAAS company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client integrations, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to a live environment, and managing the end-to-end delivery process.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (B. Tech) or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivery management, integration experience, and program management in the tech industry.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAAS solutions and integration processes.
- Have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like…
- Accurately document and validate client use case requirements, securing client approval on use case flow diagrams.
- Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to the integration phase, achieving timely project completion.
- Coordinate with internal product and tech teams to manage and resolve internal dependencies efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive integration documents to facilitate seamless client onboarding, ensuring high-quality documentation.
- Create and execute detailed project plans, adhering to project deliverable timelines.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solution meets client requirements and provide extensive support during the initial post-go-live period, minimizing issues.
- Prepare detailed handover documents for Customer Success Managers, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients post-onboarding to improve the delivery process continuously.
- Implement process improvements based on feedback and lessons learned to enhance overall delivery efficiency.
