BD Lead - Web3 Partnerships


We're seeking a versatile and strategic Business Development Lead to drive GOBBL's growth through high-impact partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll wear multiple hats and shape the future of Food3 by connecting digital innovation with real-world dining experiences.


## Role Overview

You're a natural relationship builder with strong business acumen and the ability to thrive in an evolving startup environment. As a generalist with deep Web3 understanding, you'll navigate between different stakeholders - from restaurants to tech partners to investors - while driving our growth strategy.


## Key Responsibilities:

- Lead partnership strategy and execution across Web3 and F&B sectors

- Develop and nurture investor relationships, providing regular updates and identifying growth opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at potential partner companies

- Identify and secure strategic opportunities to expand GOBBL's ecosystem

- Work closely with product and tech teams to integrate partner requirements

- Drive revenue growth through innovative partnership models

- Manage ongoing investor communications and relations

- Present partnership and growth opportunities to the leadership team


## Requirements:

- 5+ years of business development experience, with exposure to Web3/crypto

- Strong generalist background with ability to adapt and learn quickly

- Proven track record of closing significant partnerships in the digital/tech space

- Understanding of Web3 ecosystems and token-powered communities

- Strong ability to network within the Web3 and F&B industries

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Strategic thinking with ability to execute tactically

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred


## What Sets You Apart:

- Previous experience in food tech or hospitality sectors

- Experience managing investor relations or fundraising

- Direct experience with token launches or Web3 community building

- Track record of building successful partner integrations

- Experience in international business development

- Understanding of customer loyalty and rewards programs
