As the Marketing Director at Eracore, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategy, tasked with propelling the firm’s growth by driving lead generation and establishing us as the premier provider of engineering and AI-driven solutions. You will oversee a talented team of creative designers, content writers, SEO specialists, social media experts, and paid ads specialists to achieve monthly lead generation targets and showcase our cutting-edge AI software to a global audience.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with Eracore’s business goals and drive qualified leads.

• Lead and manage a cross-functional marketing team, fostering creativity, productivity, and accountability.

• Create impactful multi-channel campaigns that highlight Eracore’s expertise in engineering solutions and our proprietary AI software.

• Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership content.

• Spearhead paid advertising strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other key B2B channels.

• Drive SEO and SEM efforts to increase Eracore’s online visibility and ranking.

• Establish KPIs and implement analytics tools to track, report, and optimize marketing performance.

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales objectives.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies to incorporate new technologies and platforms.


Ideal Candidate:


• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a focus on B2B marketing.

• Proven track record of managing and motivating diverse marketing teams.

• Hands-on experience in marketing for technology, engineering services, or software industries is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated success in executing lead generation campaigns that result in a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

• Expertise in paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to set KPIs, interpret data, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRMs.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
