Backed by leading VCs like Bessemer, SIG, Better Capital, Titan, and Multiply Ventures, Nova was co-founded by Yash Gupta (IIT Delhi, Samsung Korea) and Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Y-Combinator).Roles & ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and endorsement requests (additions, deletions, corrections) with accuracy and speed.Build and strengthen client relationships through regular reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly), proactive engagement, and quick resolution of escalations.Analyse client data and feedback to improve adoption, experience, and product strategy, while acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.Drive product penetration and cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value and deepen partnerships.Execute client engagement and retention plans to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Expertise & QualificationsPrior experience in Insurance/Broking/TPA is mandatory.Strong understanding of client servicing and customer delight principles.1–3 years of experience in sales/key account management/relationship management or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen, present and influence effectively.Strong negotiation skills with consistent follow-through with clients and vendors.Proven record of delivering client solutions and achieving business goals.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
