We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Content Strategist to drive organic growth through data-driven content initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives. You will have expertise in SEO, content creation, scaling content operations, and leveraging Generative AI for content extraction from online communities. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution, ensuring the content produced not only ranks well but resonates with our target audience.


What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive content strategies that drive organic search performance and address audience needs. This includes building content calendars, prioritizing content types, and aligning content with the customer journey.
  • SEO-Driven Content Planning: Conduct detailed SEO analysis to guide content production, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP landscape review. Prioritize content opportunities that have the highest potential for traffic growth and conversions.
  • Content Identification: Conduct competitive analysis, keyword research, and trend analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities that align with business goals and drive organic growth.
  • Generative AI Utilization: Leverage Generative AI tools to extract valuable insights, questions, and answers from community forums and online discussions. Use these insights to create content that resonates with target audiences and enhances search visibility.
  • Content Scaling: Develop and oversee large-scale content production initiatives, ensuring processes are efficient and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, product marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with overall SEO strategy and brand messaging.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content projects, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to improve rankings and engagement.
  • Content Performance Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions. Use data from Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, SEMrush) to make informed updates.
  • Content Formats: Provide direction on various content formats, including blog posts, guides, infographics, video scripts, and other formats to support SEO goals.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with the latest SEO and content marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the content strategy is cutting-edge and competitive.


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEO content strategy, with a proven track record of developing and scaling content for organic search success.
  • SEO Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page SEO, keyword research, and SERP analysis.
  • Content Strategy Expertise: Proven experience in developing holistic content strategies that align with both SEO and broader business goals. Ability to map content to the buyer journey and create a diverse mix of content formats.
  • AI Proficiency: Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, etc) to create content, particularly by pulling insights from community forums and online discussions.
  • Content Management: Experience with project management tools to oversee the content lifecycle from ideation to publication.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) to inform content decisions.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity: Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with an understanding of how to translate audience insights into engaging content.
  • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
