Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales, conversion rates, and average order value. Run promotional events on websites working with cross functional teams on the offer calendar, content, design development and deployment including pre and post development bug fixes and troubleshooting.
  2. Own the overall website and oversee the work of design and development teams and ensure that deployment is in sync with the brand identity, design language and marketing strategy.
  3. Execute new product page creation, including product information, copy and photo asset requests with the creative team and other X-functional teams Owns, creates and executes promotion set up.
  4. Own the website categories & Sales. Analyse website performance by using qualitative & quantitative metrics.
  5. Design and refine high-converting landing pages that perform well on both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  6. ⁠⁠Analyze user interactions and website metrics from both desktop and mobile platforms to optimise the customer journey.
  7. Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to improve conversion rates specifically tailored for desktop and mobile interfaces.
  8. Execute site merchandising calendar on kyari website including seasonal and new product launches. This includes, developing , listing, maintaining and updating pages.
  9. Come up with insights to improve website conversion including product placement, design , pricing , promotions and offers according to industry standards and latest trends.
  10. Analyze sales data on a daily and weekly level to assess product placement fixes and continue to run experiments to find out the best strategy for customer engagement.
  11. Experience in integrating in shopify apps & 3rd party partners.

Skills

  1. 4+ years of experience is required.
  2. Knowledge and experience of Shopify website design & functionality
  3. ⁠Familiarity with at least two of in Web flow, VWO, GA, Clarity, Hotjar and related tools
  4. Proven experience in UI/UX design, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  5. Continuously assess website performance and user feedback to iterate and improve the web experience.
  6. Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with SEO strategies.
  7. Past experience in handling a team of merchandisers and collaborating with creative, design, product, marketing & marketplace teams is a plus
  8. Proficient in data analysis on excel and experienced in deriving insights from dashboards including Shopify, internal dashboards and 3rd party vendors.
  9. Bonus: Prior experience in email marketing/copywriting.
