- Assist the CEO with client communications, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations, including delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Help coordinate inter-departmental meetings and track action items.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior experience in sales coordination .
