Hi,We are looking to hire a Recruiter who has B2 level certification in French.Job Title : Recruiter - EMEAShift Timings : 12 pm - 9 pmWork Mode : HybridPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced French-speaking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract the best talent across multiple countries. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for roles across the EMEA region, with a primary focus on France. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers, understanding business needs, building sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regional hiring practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Roles and Responsibilities:Gather manpower requests for various lines of business from the European MarketSourcing and acquiring skilled candidates from various industries through job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and also through references and Social networks.Conducting Initial screening and online tests for candidatesManaging stakeholders and coordinating interviewsProviding an excellent experience to all candidatesEnsuring the recruitment process is continuously evolving and followedUse of job portals and social media to promote jobsConduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirementsOffer negotiations and onboarding of employeesDesired Candidate Profile:Recruitment experience in the US/UK/Europe market will be preferred.Minimum Graduate in any streamStrong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Strong interpersonal skills & business acumenStrong sourcing skills using Social Media and job portalsAbility to work under tight schedules & multi-taskStrong Customer Service orientationMinimum B2 level French proficiency; fluency in English is required
