Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Fund Strategy Consultant III

Position Overview

The CSR Fund Strategy Consultant will collaborate with organizations to develop, implement, and enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. This role focuses on creating impactful funding initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and social objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

Assess current CSR initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive CSR fund strategies tailored to client needs.

Research and Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on social and environmental trends relevant to the client’s industry.
Analyze stakeholder feedback and best practices to inform strategic recommendations.

Program Design and Implementation

Assist clients in establishing funding criteria and selecting projects for support.
Collaborate with clients to implement effective CSR initiatives and monitor progress.

Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus.
Support clients in forming partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and other relevant entities.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of CSR initiatives.
Guide clients in creating transparent reporting frameworks for stakeholders.

Training and Capacity Building

Provide training and resources to enhance clients’ internal CSR capabilities.
Develop tools and best practices for ongoing CSR management.

Communication Strategy

Assist in crafting effective communication plans to promote CSR efforts and achievements.
Support clients in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability consulting, or related fields.
Strong understanding of CSR principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
