Responsibility-

  • Create dashboards and reports within Tableau & maintaining them as well for future enhancements
  • Ability to understand existing reports on excel or other platforms and converting them into Tableau.
  • Design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations
  • Interact with business users and understand their requirements
  • Develop impactful presentations and documents
  • Communicate complex topics to team through both written and oral communications
  • Participates in the development of the reporting roadmap as means to ensure the organization has the proper reporting software and infrastructure.
  • Provides management team with adequate information to make decisions (both strategic & tactical)
  • Creating High Visual Impact Presentation collateral and artifacts
  • Preparing presentations for Monthly Dashboards & Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Preparing and Publishing adhoc process MIS and Monthly PMS Scores
  • Adhoc reporting requirements (Data Collation) and special projects, as needed by the business
  • Should be able to collate data from multiple sources and create a single version of truth
  • Should able to play multiple roles, Can work as individual contributor and also with team


Requirement-

  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Data & Reports Management
  • Project Management / Facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in creating complex formulas and calculations within Tableau to meet the needs of complex business logic
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling, and design
  • SQL writing skills and possess an understanding of relational and multi-dimensional data models
  • Experience gathering and refining requirements, interviewing business users to understand and document data requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, documenting business and technical requirement based on user interviews
  • Strong problem solving skills
