Personal Assistant

One of our well-established clients in Bengaluru, India is looking to hire a "Personal Assistant" to CXO. This will be an onsite role. Kindly review the job description and if interested please send us your resume to hr@tykhecorp.com
Responsibilities:
- ○ Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel
- arrangements (self and family).
- ○ Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications.
- ○ Handle phone calls, emails, and messages, filtering and escalating as necessary.
- ○ Draft and proofread letters, and other correspondence.
- ○ Organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and
- any special requirements.
- ○ Ensure travel arrangements are efficient and cost-effective, while
- accommodating the executive’s preferences.
- ○ Assist with organizing personal and professional events, meetings, conferences,
- and special occasions.
- ○ Manage logistics and coordination, including venues, catering, and guest lists.
- ○ Assist with personal tasks, such as grocery shopping, appointment scheduling, or
- handling household matters.
- ○ Coordinate family or personal needs as requested (e.g., booking reservations,
- running errands).
- ○ Maintain organized files, records, and documents for easy access.
Qualifications:
- ● Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- ● Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Soft Skills:
- ○ Strong organizational and time management skills.
- ○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ○ Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- ○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- ○ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- ○ Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
