Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Communication and Soft Skill Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for


1.Developing and implementing soft skills training programs 


2.Delivering Training sessions this include facilitate workshops, seminars ,one- on -one or group coaching sessions and other interactive activities like role play, case studies etc...


3.Assessing the soft skills need of the trainees and identifying the areas where improvement is needed and train them accordingly.


4.If needed provide personalized coaching and feedback to the trainees .


Skills Required:


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong public speaking and presentation abilities

* Expertise in body language, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution

* In-depth knowledge of communication techniques and soft skills development


Qualifications.


Any Bachelor’s degree (preference given to graduates in English )


Experience:


Should have Proven work experience of 0-5 years as Communication and Soft Skill Trainer, corporate training, or any relevant field.
