On behalf of a global client, RED Global is currently looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join their teams for an ongoing implementation project.


Role Details:


Role - Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

Location - Remote, India.

Duration - 12 Months + Extension

Capacity - 5 days/week, 8 Hours/day. Could be CET hours too

Language - Fluent spoken and written English


Requirments:


  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 10 years of implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud –functional business processes and corporate customers dealing
  • At least 4 years of experience in HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, PBL.
  • Responsible for gathering requirements, design, configuration of employee payroll data, administer garnishments, compliance and tax rules in oracle HCM cloud and to maintain the integrity of the system
  • Expertise in HCM Functional processes across Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Learn and Payroll modules
  • Knowledge and experience with full SDLC and support lifecycle
