PROJECT SALES MANAGER – BENGALURU (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)Salary: Up to ₹18 LPAExperience: 8+ years (Project / Specification Sales ONLY)Location: Bengaluru (LOCAL candidates only)About the RoleA global leader in premium architectural and access solutions is hiring a Project Sales Manager for its Bengaluru region.This role requires someone who is already based in Bengaluru and has an established network with local architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors.Important:This is a pure project sales role.Dealer/channel/distribution backgrounds will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive project specifications with Bengaluru-based architects, consultants, PMCs & developersEnsure product inclusion in BOQs, tenders, and drawingsAttend site meetings across Bengaluru and provide on-site technical solutionsOwn the project lifecycle from requirement → BOQ → solutioning → negotiation → closureConduct product demos, technical presentations, and solution pitchesMaintain strong visibility across the local project ecosystemMust-Have Profile (Strict Shortlisting Criteria)Candidates will be shortlisted ONLY if they meet ALL of the following:✔ Currently based in Bengaluru (local candidates only) ✔ 8+ years in Project Sales / Specification Sales ✔ Strong working relationships with Bengaluru architects, consultants, PMCs & developers ✔ Hands-on experience with BOQs, tenders, site execution & long sales cycles ✔ Background in premium building materials / architectural hardware / access systems / façade / glass / interior solutions ✔ Stable career history with 2–3 years average tenure per companyDo NOT Apply If You:✘ Are located outside Bengaluru ✘ Are from FMCG, retail, or B2C sales ✘ Work primarily in dealer, channel, or distribution sales ✘ Lack BOQ/specification or site meeting experience ✘ Switch jobs every 12–18 months ✘ Sell only volume-based or non-technical productsWhat’s OfferedStability with a global premium brandOpportunity to work on marquee Bengaluru projectsLong-term growth across project and solution verticalsCompetitive salary + benefits
